Usually data can be downloaded by software and upload to other devices. For some models, flash disk transfer function is available. |

For Granding fingerprint device, all the data is stored in flash memory which is supposed to last more than 10 years. If the power failure, data will not lose. |

Current the software for Granding fingerprint device provide the excel and txt format for report export. |

The software supports more than one readers in the network. You can manage the device list in the software. |

25. How can I update new firmware to Granding fingerprint readers? |

Upgrade software package can be provide by Granding service team if customers need to update firmware to fix some errors or add some new functions. Upgrade program is a small application which is able to update firmware via TCP/IP or RS232/485. |
