	3. How to use Granding fingerprint reader to communicate with pc ?
	Granding supply the powerful attendance and access control software for fingerprint reader which can be used to communicate with pc or other Granding fingerprint reader in the network via TCP/IP, RS485/232, and USB.
	4. Does Granding supply SDK to communicate with pc ?
	Granding provide the SDK which can be used to develop programs on Microsoft Windows platform. Detailed development guide and function manuals is included for the SDK package. Granding provide Demo project code of the SDK for Delphi,VB6.0 and C#(Visual Studio 2005). Please download from Granding website.
	5. Is it difficult to use and manage Granding fingerprint product?

	6. How is the reliability and stability of Granding product?
	Benefited from advanced algorithm of Granding fingerprint products, the reliability of fingerprint identification is exact and efficient. With the good quality, Granding fingerprint products apply to long-term time attendance recording and access control. All the data can be restored in flash memory even the power is off for long time.
	7. How many fingerprints can be stored in one device?
	The fingerprint capacity is vary from different models. Generally the capacity is from 1500 to 3200. But capacity can be extended up to 10,000 by customer demands.
	8. What is the authority level setting for the device?
	For most models, there are three authority levels: normal user, administrator and supervisor. If an administrator or a supervisor is enrolled, the menu of the device can not be access by normal user. Normal user can only identify or enter password. Administrator can manage enroll management while supervisor can access some advanced options in the menu.
	9. What is the reason for system communication failure?
	There are several possible reason for communication failure : 1. Wrong COM setting, COM chose to connect is not the COM port actually used; 2. Baud rate setting between computer COM and fingerprint T&A is different; 3. Fingerprint T&A is not connected to power or computer. 4. Fingerprint T&A already connected but power off. 5. Wrong connected terminal No. 6. Data wire or converter can't communicate 7. Broken COM on computer.
	10. Why someone's finger can not be verified ?
	The possible reason for verification failure: 1. Wrong finger position on sensor. 2. Finger is cut or rubbed down. Enroll other finger as backup.
