    A: Only supervisor have the authority to remove administrators. Normal user or administrators can not remove administrators. Please enroll supervisor firstly, and use the supervisor authority to remove other limits

  • 03 Does Granding supply SDK to communicate with pc ?

    A: Granding provide the SDK which can be used to develop programs on Microsoft Windows platform. Detailed development guide and function manuals is included for the SDK package. Granding provide Demo project code of the SDK for Delphi,VB6.0 and C#(Visual Studio 2005). Please download it from Granding website if you need.

  • 04 What is the flash disk used for in some Granding models?

    A: Flash disk is available for some advanced models. It is used to transfer fingerprint data and access logs from one device to others, and transfer data between devices and PC software while network is not available in some situation.

  • 05 How can I update new firmware to Granding fingerprint readers?

    A: Upgrade software package can be provided by Granding service team if customers need to update firmware to fix some errors or add some new functions. Upgrade program is a small application which is able to update firmware via TCP/IP or RS232/485
